If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Preheat the air fryer to 180˚C.
Prepare the chicken according to the pack instructions.
Heat the buns in the microwave according to the pack instructions.
Fill with the cucumber, herbs, spring onions and chillies.
Slice the hot chicken and tuck into the buns.
Finish with sesame seeds and a squeeze of lime.
