If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Preheat the air fryer to 180˚C.
Prepare the crispy chicken according to the pack instructions.
Using a peeler, create long ribbons with the carrots and cucumber.
Dress the salad with lime juice and salt and pepper or Maggi Liquid Seasoning.
Slice the spring onions.
Heat the sticky rice in the microwave according to the pack instructions.
Heat the sauce as guided on the pack.
Serve the crispy chicken with the sauce, rice, and salad.
