If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
HEAT: Preheat the air fryer to 180˚C.
COAT and COOK: Coat the chicken as guided on the pack. Take the hot chicken out of the air fryer and transfer to a plate. Put the buns into the air fryer for 1 minute to warm through.
SERVE: Plate up the burger by placing the fresh salad leaves on the base of the warm bun, top with cucumber, chicken and shredded cabbage. Mix the mayo with the chilli sauce and add a dollop to the top half of the bun. Place the bun lid onto the burger and serve with the fresh tomatoes and remaining salad on the side. Add a few gherkins if you like and tuck in! Note: Cooking time may vary between air fryer sizes and models.
