Halloumi sticks seem to be absolutely everywhere at the moment – have a go at making your own with our quick and easy recipe using Maggi Air Fryer Crispy Southern Style great as part of a sharing platter with family or friends. Look out for reduced fat halloumi – which has a great texture and flavour. If you’re looking for a plant-based option, this works really well with tofu too!
