3 tbsp Light Crème Fraiche
2 Large Sweetcorn Cobs
3 Large Sweet Potatoes
4 x 150g Chicken Breast
1 Pack Maggi® So Tender® BBQ for Chicken
Prepare the So Tender BBQ chicken according to the cooking instructions on pack.
Whilst the BBQ chicken is cooking, peel and dice the sweet potatoes, place in a large saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to the boil and cook for 10 minutes until soft. When the sweet potatoes are cooked, pour out the boiling water and add the light crème fraîche. Mash until smooth.
Cut the sweetcorn cobs in half and boil or steam for 5 minutes until the kernels are tender. Serve the corn cobs and sweet potato mash with the BBQ chicken.
