This recipe is great for meal prep for easy lunches you can just grab from the fridge. Made using our Maggi 3 Minute noodles - this recipe is super quick and easy. Make it as fiery as you dare!

  • Step1

    3 Min
    Cook the noodles for 3 minutes in plain water (reserve the seasoning sachet for later), drain then rinse well under cold water. Chill until needed.
  • Step2

    1 Min
    Put the garlic, chilli flakes and seasoning from the noodle pack into a large heatproof bowl.
  • Step3

    2 Min
    Heat the oil until very hot but not smoking and pour over the ingredients in the bowl. It should bubble up!
  • Step4

    1 Min
    Mix in the soy sauce, lime juice and sugar.
  • Step5

    1 Min
    Mix the vegetables into the dressing with the noodles and toss everything together. Serve.
