Legend has it that the term "taco" dates back to 18th-century Mexican miners, who used it to describe gunpowder wrapped in paper for blasting rock. What does this have to do with our shrimp tacos? They taste so good that they will hit-up your barbecue with a flavour bomb otherwise known as Maggi Chilli Sauce with Garlic!

Season the prawns with salt and pepper and grill or barbecue for about three minutes on both sides until piping hot.

Slice the onion thinly, and quarter the tomatoes.

Then cut the avocado into slices. Then marinate them with the lime juice and a pinch of salt.

Heat the tacos according to the package instructions and fill with shredded lettuce, avocado, onions, tomatoes and prawns. Then finish with a few dollops of Maggi Chilli Sauce and scatter over the coriander leaves. Serve with rice and corn on the cob for a more complete meal.
