BBQ chicken drumsticks in a sweet smoky sauce with golden potato wedges, corn on the cob and sugar snap peas. Add some quick homemade coleslaw if you like for extra veg! Swap drumsticks for chicken breasts for a lower fat option.

    Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan) or Gas Mark 4. Prepare the Juicy BBQ chicken according to the cooking instructions on pack.

    Chop the potatoes into wedges. Place the potato wedges onto a baking sheet and drizzle with the oil, add to the oven 30 minutes before the BBQ chicken is ready.
  • Step 3

    5 Min
    Cut the sweetcorn cobs into 1 inch slices, boil or steam for 3-5 minutes until tender. Add the sugar snap peas and boil or steam for 1 minute before cooked. Serve the corn cobs and golden potato wedges with the BBQ chicken.
