Peel and chop the potatoes into chunks. Parboil the potatoes for 8 minutes, then drain and set aside. Heat the oil in a large non-stick pan over a medium heat.

Delicious

This was so tasty, all 3 of my kids ate it heartily. And the youngest is difficult with dinners in general and usually only eats the rice when I make curries. I didn't make the saag and just served the butter chicken with rice made with a little turmeric, salt and butter in it. I usually make my own curries from scratch but will definitely use this again, I really enjoyed the flavor.

Easy and pretty tasty

Made for the whole fam - the kids do quite like curry so long as its not too hot. Everyone ate it - served with some nan bread and rice and some chopped cucumber.
