Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan) or Gas Mark 4. Prepare the So Juicy Sweet Potato Curry according to the cooking instructions on pack.
20 minutes before the curry is ready, steam or boil the rice according to the pack instructions. Meanwhile slice the spring onion.
Serve the steamed rice with sliced spring onion with the So Juicy Sweet Potato Curry with the added spinach and milk.
