Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan) or Gas Mark 4. Prepare the So Juicy Mexican chicken according to the cooking instructions on pack.

Lovely very tasty didn’t have any fresh coriander for the sweet corn rice so substituted with sliced spring onions! Delicious!
