Maggi® So Juicy® Sticky BBQ Chicken Recipe Mix
4 Large Sweetcorn Cobs
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
200g Sugar Snap Peas
3 Medium Potatoes
8 x 100g Chicken drumsticks
Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan) or Gas Mark 4. Prepare the So Juicy BBQ chicken according to the cooking instructions on pack.
Chop the potatoes into wedges. Place the potato wedges onto a baking sheet and drizzle with the oil, add to the oven 30 minutes before the BBQ chicken is ready.
Cut the sweetcorn cobs into 1 inch slices, boil or steam for 3-5 minutes until tender. Add the sugar snap peas and boil or steam for 1 minute before cooked. Serve the corn cobs and golden potato wedges with the BBQ chicken.
