160g Frozen Sweetcorn
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
200g Frozen Peas
3 Large Sweet Potatoes
4 x 150g Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 Pack Maggi® So Juicy® Smoky Piri Piri Recipe Mix
Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan) or Gas Mark 4. Prepare the So Juicy Piri Piri chicken according to the cooking instructions on pack.
Chop the sweet potato into wedges. Place the sweet potato wedges to a baking sheet and drizzle with the oil. 25 minutes before the Piri Piri chicken is ready, add the wedges to the oven.
Cook the frozen peas and corn according to the cooking instructions on pack. Serve the peas, sweetcorn and sweet potato wedges with the Piri Piri chicken.
