1 Large Onion
720g Potatoes, Peeled and Diced Into 1 Inch Cubes
450g Baby Spinach
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
Maggi® So Juicy® Creamy Butter Recipe Mix
4 x 150g Skinless Chicken Breasts
Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan) or Gas Mark 4. Prepare the So Juicy Butter Chicken according to the cooking instructions on pack.
Heat the oil in a large non-stick pan over a medium heat. Add the sliced onions and cook until caramelised. Crush the garlic and add to the onions.
Add the potatoes to the onions and garlic. Cover with a lid, turn the heat down to low and turn occasionally.
Cook the potatoes till soft then add the spinach, mix gently until the spinach has wilted and cooked. Serve with So Juicy Sweet Chilli with the fried rice and stir-fried vegetables. Ensure that the chicken is fully cooked through and piping hot.
