Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C for fan ovens) or Gas Mark 4. Put the cauliflower florets on a baking tray drizzle with ½ tbsp oil and sprinkle with the garam masala. Bake for 25 minutes until the cauliflower is soft.

Heat the remaining ½ tbsp oil in a medium saucepan, add the onion and red pepper and fry for about 5 minutes over a moderate heat. Then add the tomato paste and Maggi Indian Masala Sauce and fry for a further 2 minutes.

Lower the heat, add the cream and 50ml water and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes. Then add the baked cauliflower to the sauce.

Garnish with chopped coriander and onion seeds if using.
