Maggi Coconut Milk Powder Mix helps you bring a fresh coconut taste to any dish, sweet or savoury. Try it in Asian dishes, curries and desserts for delicious results.
Free from artificial colours and flavours or hydrogenated vegetable oil, this powdered coconut milk is made with coconuts hand-picked from the plantations within the renowned Coconut Triangle of Sri Lanka.
To use, simply mix Maggi Coconut Milk Powder Mix with warm water to make coconut milk. For a thinner consistency, add one tablespoon of Maggi Coconut Milk Powder to one cup of warm water and mix well. For a thicker and more creamy consistency, add three tablespoons of Coconut Milk Powder. Once prepared, pour into your dish and stir regularly. After opening, store in a cool dry place and use again! Try adding Maggi Coconut Milk to any dish for a fresh and authentic coconut milk flavour. Why not give it a go in Thai green curry?
