Preparation
- 400g chicken 1 tbsp of oil (3 portions) *Preheat the air fryer to 180˚C (3-5 min)
- Mix chicken tenderloins and oil together in a large bowl. Sprinkle the seasoned crumbs onto a plate or bowl and dip the chicken into the crumbs, pressing lightly to coat evenly.
- Put the chicken pieces into the air fryer basket in one layer. Cook for 10-11 minutes until crispy and piping hot throughout.
Note: Cooking time may vary depending on Air fryer sizes and models, make sure that chicken is properly cooked. Above time and temperature is based on +1700W Air fryer.
