Halve the new potatoes and slice the carrots. Place halved new potatoes in a saucepan, cover with cold water and bring to the boil for 15-20 min until cooked. Drain well.

Boil or steam the carrots for 5 minutes, adding the green beans for 3 minutes until tender.

Absolutely delicous. This must be one of the best inventions in cooking to date. Absolutely changes a boring old piece of chicken to something fantastic.
