Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan) or Gas Mark 4. Prepare the So Juicy Thai Green Chicken Curry according to the cooking instructions on pack.

Boil the jasmine rice according to the cooking instructions on pack, 20 minutes before the So Juicy Green Thai chicken curry is ready. Steam or boil the broccoli for 3 minutes. Finely slice the red chilli and add to a heated wok with the vegetable oil. Toss in the broccoli and soy sauce.
