Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan) or Gas Mark 4. Prepare the So Juicy Rustic chicken according to the cooking instructions on pack.

Heat the oil in a large saucepan over a medium heat, 5 minutes before the Rustic chicken is ready. Drain and rinse the butter beans. Add the onions to the pan and fry for 2 minutes, then add the butterbeans and spinach for 3 minutes until the beans are tender and the spinach is wilted.

Serve the spinach and butterbeans with the Rustic chicken.

Quite simply no. The cooking instructions are totally wrong. We followed the instructions on the packet and erred on the extra 10 minutes, 60 minutes @160 fan, potatoes were still al dented, another 30 minutes were needed to cook things through. The seasoning was dire, nothing like the promise on the package. Disappointed to say the least .
We liked it. Nice, easy one-pot dinner. Will definitely do this again. Next time will do the butter beans and spinach side dish.
Nice - ingredients came out great, the spinach-and-beans addition is worth trying out too.
