Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan) or Gas Mark 4. Prepare the So Juicy Moroccan chicken according to the cooking instructions on pack.

20 minutes before the Moroccan chicken is ready, cook the couscous according to the cooking instructions on pack. Juice and zest the lemon.

Heat the oil in a medium saucepan, add the crushed garlic and fry for 1 minute. Then add the grated courgette and fry for 2 minutes. Add the cooked couscous to the pan and stir in enough lemon and black pepper to taste. Serve the lemon, garlic and courgette couscous with the Moroccan chicken.

Really enjoyed it. I added a couple of tablespoons of water as it was a bit dry which didn’t seem to affect the taste at all. The Lemon, garlic and courgette couscous was a winner too.
Absolutely love it but it doesn’t seem to be available anywhere, has it been discontinued..
