  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 1 Yellow Pepper
  • 4 x 150g Chicken Breasts
  • 260g Rice, Uncooked
  • 1 Pack Maggi® So Tender® Paprika for Chicken
Step 1
Cook rice according to the cooking instructions on pack. Dice the red and yellow peppers and then add them to the rice 2 minutes before the end of cooking.
Step 2
Prepare the So Tender Paprika chicken according to the cooking instructions on pack.
Step 3
Cut the broccoli into florets, boil or steam for 4 minutes until tender. Serve the broccoli and rice and peppers and serve with the Paprika chicken.
