  • 8 Spring Onions
  • Black Pepper
  • 480g New Potatoes
  • 350g French Beans
  • 350g Broccoli Florets
  • 2 tbsp Half Fat Crème Fraîche
  • 4 x Salmon Fillets
  • 1 Pack Maggi® So Tender® Lemon & Dill for Salmon
Step 1
Prepare the So Tender Lemon and Dill salmon according to the cooking instructions on pack. Cut the new potatoes into quarters and place into a medium saucepan, cover with cold water and bring to the boil for 10 minutes until cooked. Drain well.
Step 2
Place the broccoli and French beans in a saucepan with boiling water. Boil until tender then strain.
Step 3
Add the cooked potatoes to the half fat crème fraîche, spring onion and a grind of black pepper and crush together. Serve the crushed new potatoes, broccoli and French beans with the Lemon and Dill salmon.
