1 pack Maggi® So Tender® Garlic for Chicken
150g Cucumber, Sliced
4 x 150g Chicken Breasts
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
250g Cherry Tomatoes
3 Large Potatoes
Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C for fan ovens) or Gas mark 6. Slice the potatoes into wedges and place on a lined baking tray, drizzle with the vegetable oil and season with black pepper. Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden.
Prepare the So Tender Garlic chicken according to the cooking instructions on pack.
Halve the cherry tomatoes and toss with the cucumber scatter over mixed leaves. Serve the salad and potato wedges with the garlic chicken.
