  • 260g Jasmine Rice, Uncooked
  • 130g Baby Corn, Halved
  • 1 Pack Maggi® So Juicy® Thai Green Curry Recipe Mix
  • 200g Green Beans, Halved
  • 310g Broccoli
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tbsp Reduced Salt Soy Sauce
  • 4 x 150g Skinless Chicken Breast
  • 1/2 Red Chilli
  • 50ml Water
  • 100ml Semi Skimmed Milk
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan) or Gas Mark 4. Prepare the So Juicy Thai Green Chicken Curry according to the cooking instructions on pack.
Step 2
Boil the jasmine rice according to the cooking instructions on pack, 20 minutes before the So Juicy Green Thai chicken curry is ready. Steam or boil the broccoli for 3 minutes. Finely slice the red chilli and add to a heated wok with the vegetable oil. Toss in the broccoli and soy sauce.
Step 3
Serve the stir-fried broccoli and jasmine rice with So Juicy Green Thai Curry with the added milk.
