Beef mince is fried until crispy and seasoned with our Maggi sweet and fiery gochujang style chilli sauce, then combined with bouncy noodles, beansprouts, spring onions, coriander, carrot and red cabbage shreds and finished with sesame seeds and pickled red onions.

Soak Red Onion

Put the sliced red onion in a small bowl and squeeze over the lime or lemon juice. Add a tiny pinch of salt and sugar and leave to soak.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the beef mince over high heat until well browned and crispy (about 5-6 minutes). Add the garlic and ginger paste and ketchup and continue to cook until sticky.

Remove the beef from the heat to a dish, add half the chilli sauce sachet from the noodle pack, stir through, cover and keep warm.

While the noodles cook, stir-fry the vegetables (reserving the coriander and red chilli) in the same pan used for the beef. Add a few drops of Maggi Liquid Seasoning. Remove from the heat.

Add the dry seasoning and remaining chilli sauce to the noodles and mix in with the vegetables.
