Cooking with So Sticky™
Slice 4 x 150g chicken breasts into strips 2cm thick. Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large, heavy, non-stick frying pan and stir-fry the chicken for 8-10 minutes on a medium to high heat until cooked through. Tip the chicken pieces onto a plate and cover to keep hot.
Add 1 sliced large red onion to pan and stir-fry until golden. Add 350g sliced mushrooms and cook for further 3-5 minutes.
Return the chicken to the pan; sprinkle over the Maggi seasoning mix and add 250ml water. Stir and cook for 3-5 minutes until the sauce is sticky. Ensure the chicken is piping hot throughout.
