Cooking with So Sticky™
Slice 450g lean beef steak into strips. Heat ½ tbsp vegetable oil in a large, heavy non-stick frying pan and stir-fry the beef for 6-8 minutes on a medium to high heat until cooked through. Tip the beef pieces onto a plate and cover to keep hot.
Add ½ tbsp oil, 1 broccoli cut into small florets and 2 sliced large red pepeer to the hot pan. Stir fry on a medium to high heat for about 10 minutes, until the vegetables are cooked.
Return the beef to the pan; sprinkle over the Maggi seasoning mix and add 250ml water. Stir and cook for 3-5 minutes until the sauce is sticky. Ensure the beef is piping hot throughout.
