Cooking with So Sizzling™
In a large, non-stick, deep frying pan, cook 2 large sliced onions in 1 tbsp vegetable oil slowly for about 10 minutes or until turning deep golden brown. Turn up the heat add 1 large sliced pepper, cook for 1 minute.
Add the 450g beef, trimmed and cut into strips, and quickly fry until browned.
Sprinkle in the Maggi recipe mix and stir-fry for a minute. Add 100ml water and sizzle for another minute. Ensure the beef is cooked and piping hot throughout before serving.
