Preparation

  1. Put 350ml boiling water in a pan, add the noodles and cook for 4 mins.  
  2. Remove from the heat but don’t drain!
  3. Add the dry seasoning and stir well to coat the noodles in the delicious flavour.  
  4. Squeeze in the chilli sauce depending how hot you like it! No judgment.  
  5. Stir well for a super glossy and saucy texture, then dive in!  

    Top with crispy onions and finely sliced cucumber
