  • 1 x pack Maggi® So Sizzling BBQ Chicken
  • 500g chicken mini fillets
  • 1 large red onion
  • 1 large red pepper
  • 1 large yellow pepper
  • 260g rice, uncooked
  • 200g frozen mixed vegetables
  • Bunch of fresh coriander
Add Ingredients


  1. Cook the rice according to on pack instructions. Add the frozen vegetables to the boiling rice 3 minutes before the rice is done.
  2. Meanwhile in a large non-stick pan cook the Sizzling BBQ chicken according to instructions.
  3. Serve the BBQ chicken with the vegetable rice and sprinkle with chopped fresh coriander. Ensure the chicken is cooked and piping hot throughout before serving.
