Maggi® So Juicy® Rustic Beef One Pot
With tender green beans
- 1 x pack Maggi® So Juicy Rustic Beef One Pot
- 450g lean diced beef
- 1 large red onion
- 3 medium carrots
- 400g new potatoes
- 220g green beans
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan) or Gas Mark 4. Prepare the Rustic Beef One Pot as directed in the cooking instructions on the pack. At the end of the cooking time, carefully open the bag and tip the beef into a serving dish.
- Prepare the green beans 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Remove the stalks and add to a pot of boiling water, cook until tender. Strain and keep warm.
- Serve the beans alongside the Rustic Beef One Pot. Ensure the beef is cooked through and piping hot.
