Maggi® So Juicy® Garlic Chicken
With lettuce and potato salad with red onion and fresh herbs
An easy and delicious dinner the whole family will love!
- 1 x pack Maggi® So Juicy Garlic Chicken
- 4 x 150g chicken breasts
- 480g new potatoes
- 1 large red onion
- 200g bag of salad leaves
- Bunch fresh parsley
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan) or Gas Mark 4. Prepare the Garlic Chicken as directed on the pack. At the end of the cooking time, open the bag and tip the chicken into a dish.
- Cut the new potatoes into halves and boil for 10-15 minutes until cooked, strain and allow to cool. Finely slice the red onion and mix through the potatoes. Season with black pepper.
- Wash the lettuce and serve alongside the Garlic Chicken and potato salad. Sprinkle over the fresh parsley. Ensure that the chicken is fully cooked through and piping hot.
