Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan) or Gas Mark 4. Prepare the Garlic Chicken as directed on the pack. At the end of the cooking time, open the bag and tip the chicken into a dish.
  2. Cut the new potatoes into halves and boil for 10-15 minutes until cooked, strain and allow to cool. Finely slice the red onion and mix through the potatoes. Season with black pepper.
  3. Wash the lettuce and serve alongside the Garlic Chicken and potato salad. Sprinkle over the fresh parsley. Ensure that the chicken is fully cooked through and piping hot.
