MAGGI READY MEALS PRIZE DRAW - FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and by participating all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them. Participants should retain a copy for their information. 

The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering this promotion, participants confirm that they have read the Privacy Policy and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their participation in the promotion, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. 

1. The promotion is open to specially selected residents of UK (England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over only, and excludes the Promoter’s employees, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected to the promotion. 
2. Participants will be invited to visit the promotional landing page at https://www.maggi.co.uk/blog/maggi-ready-meals-giveaway-2026/ to complete an online entry form with their full name and email address and respond to the question posed by no later than 23:59 on 09.10.26.  Internet access to the promotional website and registration with a genuine personal email account required for entry. 
3. All valid entries will be included in a prize draw taking place by within 14 days of the closing date for a chance to win the stated prize of one (1) £200 John Lewis e-gift voucher and the winner notified by email. The voucher will be valid for 24 months from the date of issue and subject to the issuer’s own terms of use which can be found at: https://www.johnlewisgiftcard.com/JohnLewisWaitrose/Print/JohnLewisWaitrose/TermsAndConditions . The supplier of the e-gift voucher is in no way associated with, or sponsors of, this promotion. 
4. The winner will also receive a product bundle containing one of each of the following:

• One (1) of each of the MAGGI Ramen Noodles full range including:

5. No cash or other alternative will be available in lieu of the stated prize except in the event of circumstances beyond its control, the Promoter reserve the right to offer an alternative prize, in whole or part, of equal or greater value. 
6. Entry is via the official landing page and cannot be accessed or completed via any other route than as outlined above.  No responsibility will be accepted for entries which are incomplete, incorrectly completed, not received for whatever reason, or for any technical or other error that may arise with any entry. 
7. The entry instructions form part of the promotional Terms and Conditions. By entering, participants agree to accept and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 
8. Due to the nature of the entry mechanic and prize, participants must be 18 years or over.  
9. Maximum one entry per establishment throughout the duration of the prize draw. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be attempting to circumvent this clause by tampering with the operation of the promotion, setting up multiple accounts, using multiple identities or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive. 
10. The prize draw will be open to all valid entries received between 00:01 on 05.10.26 and 23:59 on 09.10.26. Entries received outside of these times/dates will not be included in the prize draw.  
11. Limitations of Liability: Neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for: 

• Any incorrect or inaccurate submission during the entry/registration process, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions. 
• Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of this Promotion. 
• Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof. 
• Regretfully, the Promoter cannot be held liable for system failures on the website. 

12. Entries (bulk or otherwise) from third parties, or automated entries are not permitted. If it becomes apparent that a participant, or group of participants, are using any means to circumvent this condition such as, and without limitation, using multiple identities, acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of the Promoter or otherwise acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions, these participants will be disqualified, and any prize entitlement will be void. 
13. The first valid entry drawn at random by an independent third party using a verified random computer process will be deemed the winner of the stated prize. The winner will be notified within 14 days of the draw date, via an email and advised of the claims process. Winners are required to confirm acceptance of the prize within seven (7) days of the notification date in order for them to receive their prize. Once verified, the prize will be delivered in a single drop to the address provided. The Promoter is not responsible for any items lost due to incorrect details being provided. Any items returned as ‘undelivered’ will be assumed to be unwanted and will be withdrawn from the promotion.  
14. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner(s), however, if a winner cannot be contacted after 28 days of the original notification and after three (3) attempts, or if a selected winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or unable to take up their prize for any other reason, they shall be disqualified and will lose their entitlement to the prize. In such circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to select a reserve winner selected as next in line at the time of the initial prize allocation. In the event of a need to contact a reserve, this will continue/be repeated until an eligible winner is able to claim the prize, or after two (2) reserves have been tried. Thereafter, any remaining prize will be forfeited and withdrawn from the promotion and declared null and void. It is the entrants’ responsibility to ensure that they check their email including their junk and spam folders for any winning messages.  
15. Winner(s) may be subject to a verification process. 
16. In the event of circumstances beyond its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the stated prize with an alternative item of equal or greater value. 
17. Promoter reserves the right to verify participants including asking for proof of age, identity and address, and to refuse to award the gift where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements, or otherwise where a participant has gained an unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or using fraudulent means. 
18. The prizes must be accepted as offered by the named recipients. There is no cash or other alternative item, in whole or part available in lieu of the stated item. The item is not transferable. Any personal or business tax liability arising from taking part in this promotion will be the responsibility of the individual participant/business.   
19. Promoter’s decision in all matters shall be final and binding.  
20. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the survey; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive.  
21. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. 
22. If, for any reason, any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries. If an act, omission, event, or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment. 
23. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes as to the meaning of these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the participants’ local courts.  
24. By taking part in the promotion, the winners agree that the Promoter may contact them to ask whether they want to participate in marketing activities/PR relating to this promotion only. Such publicity may include, without limitation, the participant’s name and/or if consent given, image or statements made by entrants concerning the promotion and/or prize obtained as part of the promotion. The winners are not obliged to agree to any such request. 
25. Subject to the Promoter’s Privacy Policy which can be found at Policy https://www.nestle.co.uk/en-gb/privacypolicy, the surname and county of the verified winner will be available upon request by sending an email to: consumer.services@uk.nestle.com with the subject line “WINNERS’ LIST: NESTLÉ PROFESSIONAL MAGGI READY MEALS PRIZE DRAW” for a period of 90 days following the end of the promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any or all such requests. When contacting this email address, your request will be actioned in line with Nestlé’s Privacy Policy. If the winner objects to their information being published, then they can contact the Promoter by emailing: UKI.Dataprotection@uk.nestle.com with the subject line “WINNERS’ LIST: NESTLÉ PROFESSIONAL MAGGI READY MEALS PRIZE DRAW”.  We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.       
26.  Data Protection: The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and the auditing of the entries where necessary and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent, and you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications or prize PR. The surnames and counties of the verified winner will be made available as set out above and the winner can object to this by emailing: UKI.Dataprotection@uk.nestle.com. Otherwise, your personal details will at all times be kept confidential, and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, or request deletion of data by sending an email to: UKI.Dataprotection@uk.nestle.com. By participating in the promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here. You can withdraw your consent at any time. For the purpose of this promotion, requests to delete personal data can only be actioned after the promotion has concluded and the winner(s) accepted their prize. Any data obtained via this promotion will be deleted after 90 days of the promotional end date with the exception of the winner(s) and/or reserve(s) whose data will be deleted after fulfilment of the prize.    
27. No responsibility can be accepted for any entries that cannot be made, due to technical errors, or any other reason whatsoever.  
28. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable, then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
