Cooking with So Baked

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (170°C for fan ovens) or Gas mark 5. Mix the Maggi seasoning with 150ml water in a large bowl.

  2. Add 1 large onion chopped, 1 large red pepper chopped, 2 large sweet potatoes peeled and sliced and the 8x100g chicken drumsticks. Mix thoroughly. Tip everything into a large deep roasting tray.

  3. Bake for 45 minutes. For best results turn the chicken and vegetables halfway through cooking. Ensure the chicken is cooked and piping hot throughout before serving.
