- 750g chicken thighs & drumsticks
- 200g potatoes

Cooking with So Baked™
Preheat oven to 190°C (170°C for fan ovens) or Gas mark 5. Mix the maggi mix with 200ml water in a large bowl. Peel 200g potatoes and 200g root vegetables and cut into small thin wedges.
Add the vegetables and 750g chicken to the bowl. Mix thoroughly and then tip everything into a large deep roasting pan.
Bake for 45 minutes. Ensure the chicken is cooked and piping hot throughout before serving.
